Our story
Since our paths have crossed this past winter in the overlap of Inner Development Goals and Mindful Self-Compassion, a constant pot is simmering with ideas on how to combine our strengths and passions to serve others and the world, inspired by these words of Thich Nhat Hanh:"Peace in oneself, peace in the world".

Mirjam, Lotta and Galia are Mindful Self-Compassion teachers and have lived and worked extensively on this precious planet. Both care for meaningful, compassionate relationships and wish to support you to deepen and thrive in the awareness how precious life is and how we feel inspired to care more actively and courageously, when we feel our love.
We are inspired by other cultures’ notions that help people reconnect with other human beings and with the wider world, starting within ourselves and extending to others and the world, as all is interconnected.
One such notion is the Bantu word ‘Ubuntu’, spoken in South Africa. It is translated into “I am because we/you are” - a person is a person through other persons.

To deepen our awareness of our interconnectedness, this retreat aims at training the human skills of awareness, compassion, resilience.and collaboration for action.
