In order to become more engaged in the world in a way that helps develop wisdom, love and compassion, we need to transcend our fear, anger and perceived lack of agency. The way out of any difficulty is to look deeply within, gain insights and then put these into practice at the intersection of personal transformation and systems' change. And it is more joyful to walk together!

Mirjam, Lotta and Galia are Mindful Self-Compassion teachers and have lived and worked extensively around the world. We care for intimate, joyful, compassionate relationships with life. Feeling all that is, makes us experience aliveness and beauty, and catalyzes the motivation and energy required to care actively and courageously in the world.
Our intention is - together with you - to support the deepening of awareness of the preciousness of life and support your discovery of ways to thrive.
MA European Studies, former consultant in international development cooperation. Certified MSC, MBSR, “Awake in the Wild”and Yoga Teacher; currently training as a teacher in MBST. Mirjam offers interpersonal mindfulness and compassion-based formats for teams and projects as a means to invite dignity and equity, to build bridges and reconnect with the peace within and the preciousness of life.
Trained Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, a certified embodied emotional intelligence coach, and a provider of Tension & Trauma Release Exercise (TRE). She is engaged in the global movement of Inner Development Goals (IDGs), linking inner growth to sustainable development. Lotta is Swedish but grew up in East Africa and has since then lived and worked in Guatemala, Sri Lanka, Tanzania and Thailand.
PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist, practicing for over thirty years. She maintains a private practice in upper Galilee, Israel, specializing in mind-body-spirit psychotherapy. Galia is also a certified focusing-oriented therapist, mindfulness, and a certified self-compassion teacher in the Mindful Self-Compassion program.
